Whilst studying Podiatry at The Glasgow School of Chiropody, Pauline met June Harrowell. After graduation, Pauline moved to West Yorkshire to work within the NHS for a few years. After returning to Glasgow, Pauline worked part-time in the NHS and started working privately within Carolside Medical Centre and Williamwood Medical Centre. Pauline and June worked together in the Southside of Glasgow and subsequently adding to their portfolio by setting up their own practice in Shettleston. 

After 10 years within the NHS in Lanarkshire and Glasgow’s East End, June joined forces with Pauline and they opened their own practice in Shettleston soon after and then in May 2016 moved to modern new premises in Clarkston. June relishes the challenge of running a business and a sporty family with two children. June’s customer care is second to none and she is a highly respected professional amongst her colleagues and patients.

Kyleigh graduated in 2005 and worked for the NHS in Norfolk and Oxfordshire before moving to Glasgow in 2006. Kyleigh joined AA Podiatry over 10 years ago and has since built up a wealth of experience in podiatry treatments. Having been brought up and still living in Ayrshire, Kyleigh enjoys private practice. Kyleigh strives to give the best treatments and advice and enjoys working in the Clarkston and Shettleston clinics.

A graduate of Glasgow Caledonian, Michael enjoys all aspects of Podiatry but has an interest in resolving fungal nails, complex MSK soft tissue ailments pertaining to the lower limb and is currently enrolled in the Royal College of Podiatry minor skin surgery course. He is active in the wider Podiatric community, the former Vice President of the Royal College of Podiatry, and currently Chair of the local branch and a Deputy Professional Editor of the journal, The Podiatrist. He also founded Tomorrow’s Podiatry.

Nicola graduated from the Glasgow School of Chiropody in 1982 and has worked in Podiatry ever since. After graduation, she worked in the NHS before moving to Toronto, Canada to work in education. On her return, she moved to London where she worked in the NHS again for another two years. She now works with AA Podiatry in Glasgow and enjoys being part of the team.

A graduate from Glasgow Caledonian, Nick has been working within the private sector ever since. In his early teens after having various injuries from football and athletics, he had his first interaction with podiatry. After a positive experience, he decided to study Podiatry. His main interests are in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal problems. He carried out further education at Masters Level in 2019. Nick works from both the Clarkston and Shettleston clinics.

Ian qualified from the Glasgow of School of Chiropody in 1987 where he trained with our founders. He has a BSc in Podiatry and a Post Graduate Certificate (Theory of Podiatric Surgery). He worked in NHS Grampian for 34 years and covered all aspects of podiatric care. He has worked in all areas of Podiatry including primary and secondary care, psychiatric hospitals, and the prison service. He gained experience in rheumatology, diabetic foot care, including ulcer management, dermatology, and paediatrics. 

Having been working in Aberdeen NHS as a Podiatrist since qualifying, Georgia joined AA Podiatry this summer. Georgia has been involved with training other professionals on vaccinating and in her spare time plays netball, tennis and recently took up golf . She’s a busy woman who’s always on the go.

Lynn McPherson joined in January 2020 – a memorable year for us all. Prior to this she worked as a Placement Coordinator at City of Glasgow College, this was after a 32 year successful career as a Civil Servant in the Ministry of Defence for which she was awarded the Imperial Service Medal. She has 2 children and is very keen on baking. Lynn is very much enjoying her new receptionist role and is looking forward to continuing to get to know the staff and patients.

May joined AA Podiatry in October 2021. Lynn is very much enjoying her new receptionist role at our Shettleston Clinic. She has enjoyed getting to know all our repeat patients and she looks forward to welcoming many more new and existing patients to both our clinics.
